ORDERING AND PAYMENT.
Once you have completed your shopping cart, you must finish the transaction by providing us with credit/debit card details* which will then be charged for the outstanding amount. Orders are not despatched if the payment has not been made in full. If there are any problems with taking your payment, a sales member will be in touch with you either via telephone or email.
When the payment has been confirmed, your order will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible provided the items are in stock.
*Once your credit/debit card has been charged, we automatically delete your payment details.
All products can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of their receipt on the conditions that the products have not been opened, used or damaged in any way. Please note that we do not refund delivery charges.
